We are writing to inform you that, effective today, October 15, 2026, the ADRC Monthly Outreach Report has been discontinued. Agencies are no longer required to complete or submit this report.
Please note that this change applies only to the ADRC Monthly Outreach Report. All other separately required reports and reporting obligations remain in effect and should continue to be submitted according to their established schedules.
We sincerely appreciate your continued partnership and the time and effort your agencies have dedicated to completing and submitting these reports over the years.
