We are offering two opportunities to attend an upcoming NWD ADRC Referral Services training. Please review the options below and register for the session that best fits your schedule.
Please note that attendance is required for I&R and OC staff, including Supervisors and any team members who provide related coverage or support. Each agency is expected to designate at least two staff representatives to attend, participate fully, and share training information with their teams to support implementation and ongoing compliance efforts.
We understand the daily demands of call-taking and responding to consumers’ needs; however, maintaining consistent staff participation in training is essential to strengthen service delivery, improve reporting quality, and support overall program compliance. During this session, we will review key updates, resources, and implementation guidance related to ADRC, Information & Referral, and Options Counseling services. Time will also be reserved for questions and discussion.
